  • Use Aromatherapy: Essential oils like lavender and eucalyptus can promote relaxation.

  • Control Light and Sound: Use blackout curtains and nature sounds to create a serene atmosphere.

2. Practice Positive Affirmations 

Affirmations are a powerful tool to reprogram your mind and attract positive experiences. Before sleeping, recite affirmations that promote tranquility and well-being.
