How to Lose Weight with the Law of Attraction

The first thing you must consider is that if you focus on losing weight, you will attract to you "having to lose weight" all the time. That's why diets don't work.

The second thing you need to know is that you created your over weight yourself through your thoughts.

Food can't make you gain weight, unless you think it can. If you were told you have a thyroid problem, or a slow metabolism, or it might be genetic, and you believe it, you are having limiting thoughts. They're variable of thoughts of obesity and they will become your reality. Get rid of every limiting thought.

The solution is to focus on your Perfect Weight. The perfect weight is the one with which you feel well (no matter what the society or your environment establish).

Follow these steps to obtain your Perfect Weight:

1) Ask for

Decide how much you want to weigh. Keep a mental image of the appearance you would like to have. Frequently look at pictures of yourself with the perfect weight, if you have them. If not, get pictures of the body you would like to have and look at them frequently.

2) Have faith

Trust the perfect weight is yours already. Visualize yourself with that weight. Write down your perfect weight and put it on the marker of your scale or don't weigh yourself at all. Look for and admire internally the people that represent the body you're wishing for.

3) Receive

Feel good about yourself. You can't attract to yourself your perfect wieght if you feel bad about your current body, because you'll keep attracting more of the same. Your body will never change if you always criticize it. Admire and be thankful for every inch of your body. Think of all the perfect things about it. Feel good and get ready to receive.

One last piece of advice: When you're eating, focus completely on the chewing. Let your mind be present and experience the sensation of eating, and don't let it get distracted thinking about other things. Enjoy every sensation related to chewing the food and swallow it. This way, our body assimilates the food with no problem and the result is perfection.
